🏡 The 3 Sisters Chronicle

October 2025 Edition Richmond Hill

🌿 Welcome to The 3 Sisters Chronicle

As three sisters with one shared mission — building communities, one home at a time — we are proud to bring you the latest in local market insights, community news, and Richmond Hill highlights.

📊 Market Insights

As the season changes and Richmond Hill’s landscape transforms into a vibrant display of fall colours, we’re reminded how our town continues to grow and evolve — and so does our real estate market.

Here’s what’s happening in October:

        Freehold Homes:

        844 active listings

        140 homes sold in September

Result: Just over 6 months of inventory, keeping us in a buyer’s market.

        Condominiums:

        333 active listings

        44 units sold in September

Result: Approximately 7.6 months of inventory, with condo prices continuing to adjust as supply outweighs demand.

Richmond Hill is now a bustling extension of the GTA, with new projects and condominiums reshaping what was once a small town into a vibrant, modern community.
