📊 Market Insights
As the season changes and Richmond Hill’s landscape transforms into a vibrant display of fall colours, we’re reminded how our town continues to grow and evolve — and so does our real estate market.
Here’s what’s happening in October:
• Freehold Homes:
• 844 active listings
• 140 homes sold in September
• Result: Just over 6 months of inventory, keeping us in a buyer’s market.
• Condominiums:
• 333 active listings
• 44 units sold in September
• Result: Approximately 7.6 months of inventory, with condo prices continuing to adjust as supply outweighs demand.
Richmond Hill is now a bustling extension of the GTA, with new projects and condominiums reshaping what was once a small town into a vibrant, modern community.
